AVOCADO-COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 mashed avocado
2 tsp. finely minced or grated onion
2 boiled eggs, mashed
1 small container small curd cottage cheese
mayonnaise

Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate.

For luncheon to serve 20 to 24 would use 5 avocados, 8 eggs, medium onion, two 2 pound containers cottage cheese and nearly a pint of mayonnaise.
