COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD DESSERT 
16 oz. cottage cheese
3 oz. pkg. Jello
8-16 oz. canned fruit, drained or frozen fruit (thawed & drained)
4 1/2 oz. bowl of Cool Whip

Pour dry Jello over cottage cheese; mix well. Stir in fruit, then fold in Cool Whip until all is thoroughly mixed and Jello is dissolved. Chill to thicken.
