SPINACH AND STRAWBERRY SALAD 
12 oz. fresh spinach
1/4 c. safflower oil
2 tbsp. minced green onions
Dash of pepper
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. salad vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1-2 tbsp. sugar

Wash, trim, and dry spinach. Refrigerate. Toast sesame seeds in pie pan in a preheated oven at 350 degrees, shaking once or twice until golden, 10-12 minutes. Cool. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, onions, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce in tightly covered container. Shake until sugar and salt are dissolved. Refrigerate.

To serve: Tear spinach into bite size pieces, combine with sesame seeds in salad bowl. Toss with dressing; gently toss in strawberries.
