ARDITH'S BRISKET | |
3-4 lb. brisket Bake on broiler rack at 225 degrees for about 8-9 hours. Cool, remove from broiler rack. Slice and lay in large pyrex dish. To drippings, add: 2 pkg. Aus Jus 2 cans boiling water Bring to a boil. Boil a few minutes, then pour over brisket in pyrex dish. Bake again in oven at 250 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice, or as French dip sandwiches. Serve on onion rolls and dip in Aus Jus mix. |
