LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. butter
2-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 c. chopped parsley
2 (8 oz.) cans clams, minced
Salt and fresh ground pepper
8 oz. linguine, cooked
Parmesan cheese

Combine oil and butter in saucepan and heat. Add garlic and parsley and cook 3-4 minutes. Add drained clams. Heat gently and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss with hot, cooked linguine. Shake Parmesan over and serve with garlic bread.
