LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped or crushed
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch of oregano
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 or 5 med. tomatoes or sm. can
1 (8 oz.) can chopped clams or whole baby clams
Whole can of juice
1 lb. linguine, cooked

Saute garlic and onion in oil and butter. Add salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Add clams and clam juice to sauce. Leave on low, until ready to serve over hot linguine. 6 servings.
