LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE 
2 cans minced clams
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb. cooked linguine
Parsley
Parmesan cheese

Drain clams, reserving liquid. Bring liquid to boil, reduce to about half. Add garlic, oil, wine and black and red pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 4 minutes. Combine linguine, clams and clam sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
