LINGUINE WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
8 oz. linguine
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. oregano
Grated fresh Parmesan cheese
5 cloves minced garlic
3 (7 oz.) cans minced clams
3/4 c. clam broth
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Saute garlic in olive oil until golden. Stir in clams and soften. Pour in wine and remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, for at least 5 minutes. Pour over tossed linguine and top with Parmesan cheese.
