BATTER-FRIED APPLE RINGS 
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 med. apples, pared and cored

Beat baking mix, egg and milk in a medium sized Tupperware mixing bowl with a rotary beater until smooth. Grease griddle. Cut apple crosswise into 1/2 inch slices, dip slices into batter. Cook on hot griddle until golden brown turning only once. Serve hot in dessert dishes or sauce dishes with syrup jelly or confectioners sugar. Serves 2 dozen.
