SAUSAGE LASAGNA WRAPS 
6 lasagna noodles
1 lb. Hillshire smoked sausage
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz.) jar Italian cooking sauce (I use Ragu homestyle spaghetti sauce)

Cook and drain 6 lasagna noodles. Divide 1 lb. Hillshire smoked sausage into 6 pieces. Split lengthwise and stuff with cheese. Wrap each piece in a noodle and place in baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can serve with grated Parmesan cheese. 4 to 6 servings.
