BRUSSEL SPROUTS SUPREME 
4 c. brussel sprouts
2 c. milk
3/4 c. milk or heavy cream
Butter, salt & pepper to taste

Boil brussel sprouts in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain water. Add 2 cups milk and simmer for 30 minutes (or until milk is almost absorbed). Add 3/4 cup milk or heavy cream, butter and salt and pepper to taste. (Don't Let Boil!)
