CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE 
1 box graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 sm. boxes French vanilla instant pudding mix
5 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can frosting

Mix Cool Whip, sour cream, milk and pudding mix. Layer graham crackers on bottom of container. Pour half the mix, graham crackers, then other half of mix, then one more layer of graham crackers. Heat the can of frosting in microwave for 30 seconds. Then pour on top of crackers. Cherry pie filling can be used instead of the milk chocolate pudding.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
