CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE 
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
1 can chocolate icing

Combine pudding and milk as directed on box. Add Cool Whip. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers, cover with 1/2 of pudding mixture. Line with graham crackers and pudding again, ending with graham crackers. Cover graham crackers with icing. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
