SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix together sour cream, milk and eggs. Add melted butter and mix well. Add dry ingredients, blend until moist and smooth. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
