SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD 
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together in bowl; sour cream, milk and egg. Add melted butter and mix well. Add dry ingredients, blending until moist and smooth. Pour into a 9-inch square greased and floured pan. Bake for 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
