BANANA CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE 
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 box graham crackers
1 lg. chocolate icing
6 or 7 bananas
1 lg. Cool Whip

Using a 9 x 13 x 2 inch glass dish, place a layer of graham crackers in dish and top with sliced bananas. Add another layer of crackers and another layer of bananas. Mix 3 cups of milk with the pudding, beat 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over the crackers & bananas. Then add another layer of crackers and bananas and pour the rest of the pudding mixture over. Top with crackers. Cover crackers with chocolate icing. Refrigerate overnight.
