CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE 
Graham crackers
2 (6 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
4 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can chocolate icing

Layer 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding milk, and Cool Whip together and pour on top of the graham crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture. ICING: heat the can of chocolate icing in the microwave for 45 seconds so it is easier to spread. Spread on top of the crackers. Refrigerate. Best when made the night before.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
