CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE 
Graham crackers
3 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix

CHOCOLATE ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
Milk until consistency you want

Mix pudding and milk until firm. Add Cool Whip and line large Pyrex dish with graham crackers, layer pudding mix and another layer graham crackers. Finish with chocolate icing.
