FRUIT COMPOTE 
2 med. ripe peaches, sliced
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c. quartered fresh strawberries
2 Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
3/4 c. seedless red or green grapes
3 tbsp. apple jelly
4 tsp. water
Vanilla yogurt
Almonds, sliced

In a bowl, combine the fruit. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the jelly and water. Microwave uncovered on high for 45 seconds or until jelly is melted.; stir until smooth. Drizzle over fruit. Top with yogurt and sprinkle with almonds.

Yield 8 servings, ready in 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
