CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 stick butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
4 pastry shells, uncooked

Mix all of the above ingredients together. Pour into 2 uncooked pie shells. Top with pastry shells and bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
