PENNE VODKA | |
2 slices Prosciutto, chopped 1/4 stick butter 2 shots vodka Marinara sauce 8 oz. heavy cream 1 lb. Penne or Ziti macaroni Melt 1/4 stick butter. Brown chopped Prosciutto in butter and add 1 shot vodka. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add Marinara sauce and 1 shot vodka and simmer 15 minutes. Add 8 ounces heavy cream and stir. Cook macaroni and pour the above over the cooked macaroni. |
