ISLAND GRILLED TURKEY BREAST 
1 (2-4 lb.) pkg. fresh turkey breast

Use boneless or bone in turkey or fresh breast portion.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Using indirect heating with a covered kettle-type grill, cook turkey over hot coals to an internal temperature of 170 to 175 degrees. (2 to 4 lbs. 1 1/2 to 2 hours; 4 to 5 lbs. 2 to 2 1/2 hours). Check for doneness 15 minutes before the minimum time given. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients. Brush with sauce frequently during last 30 minutes of grilling. Brush again before removing from grill to serve. NOTE: Timing will vary depending on the heat of the coals. It may also be necessary to add coals during cooking to maintain heat. 8 servings.
