CHILI ROASTED TURKEY BREAST 
1 env. onion soup mix
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
5 lb. turkey breast with bone

Place turkey in pan, breast side up. Brush on soup mixture and tent with foil. Roast 1 hour, basting once. Remove foil, baste again. Roast 1 hour more, or until meat is done. Bake at 350 degrees.

Very good flavor, and the meat was very tender. There really wasn't enough liquid to baste with, but that was ok. I used medium hot chili powder, and next time will use a little bit more hot chili pepper for a little more bite. Would definitely make it again!
