PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 pkg. hamburger and meat loaf seasoning mix (McCormicks)
1/4 c. rice
1 lg. can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into small balls; brown. Drain off excess fat. Pour in tomato sauce; add 1/2 can of water. Simmer approximately 30-45 minutes. Serve over rice.
