MOCK FILET MIGNON | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 2 c. cooked rice 1 c. minced onion 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 8 slices bacon Combine and divide into 8 parts. Form into patties and wrap a slice of bacon around each. Place in 9x13 inch pan and bake 20-25 minutes at 450 degrees. Serve with mushroom soup |
