BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Drain. 2. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Add to drained broccoli and pour into an 8 x 8 inch casserole dish. 3. Sprinkle cheese on top. Melt butter; add stuffing mixture and put on top of broccoli mixture. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
