ST. RETA'S BAKE 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped celery
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 c. herb stuffing mix
3 (17 oz.) cans cream style corn
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
4 strips bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Saute onion and celery in butter, then add to dry stuffing mix. Mix well and add to broccoli. Blend in corn, eggs and salt and mix thoroughly.
