CREAMY CHICKEN 'N BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
1 can French fried onions
1 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, thawed & drained
1 can cheese soup (condensed)
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked & cubed

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; stir in 1/2 can of onions. Spread stuffing over bottom of greased 9-inch round shallow casserole dish. Arrange broccoli cuts (uncooked) on top of the stuffing. Prepare cheese soup with 1 1/4 cups milk; stir in sour cream. Add chicken to cheese sauce and mix well. Pour mixture over broccoli.

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining onions over chicken and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

If using fresh broccoli, you may want to steam it for a few minutes.
