CREAMY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. broccoli (or 2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen)
1 c. mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter

Cook broccoli in salted water 10-12 minutes. Place in casserole. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat soup and milk; pour over broccoli. Sprinkle on cheese. Mix Bisquick and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
