CREAMY CHICKEN BAKE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 (8 x 4) slices of Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of broccoli soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter

Cream of mushroom or celery can be used.

Split and flatten chicken breasts; place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese; combine cream of broccoli soup and milk and spread over cheese. Toss melted butter with stuffing mix and sprinkle over top of chicken.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
