BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 boxes frozen broccoli or fresh
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs, beaten well with fork
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Cook broccoli, drain and chop lightly. Combine with soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a large baking dish. Melt butter and mix in stuffing until well coated. Pour on top of broccoli mixture and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Chopped spinach may be substituted also.
