CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream corn
1 can reg. corn
8 1/2 oz. box Jiffy mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

Melt 1/2 stick butter. Stir in cream corn and can of corn with liquid. Add 8 1/2 ounce box of Jiffy mix (stir). Add 2 beaten eggs. Stir in 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup sour cream. Put grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake 40 minutes, 350 degree oven. Use 13x9 inch pan.
