BAKED CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 can whole kernel corn 1 can cream style corn 1 stick butter, melted 3 egg yolks, beaten 1 pkg. Equal or 3 tsp. sugar 8 oz. sour cream 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan (or smaller for thicker pieces). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
