ENGLISH DEVILED BEEF | |
2-3 lbs. boneless beef chuck steak, cubed 1/8 c. salad oil 1 c. chopped onions 3/4 c. water 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. horseradish 1/2 tbsp. bottled gravy sauce 1 tbsp. hot pepper sauce Salt (to taste) Heat oil and cook meat until well browned. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. |
