MEDITERRANEAN PASTA SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spiral or curly noodles, cooked and drained
3 oz. feta cheese, diced into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 med. cucumber, peeled, seeded, halved, and thickly sliced
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, halved
1/3 c. walnut pieces
2 tbsp. finely sliced red onion, optional
2 tsp. finely minced fresh parsley
1/4 c. minced fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 to 3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently until well mixed. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Makes 6 servings.
