BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
6 jumbo shrimp
1 pkg. Ritz
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. white wine

Remove shell from shrimp. Melt butter and saute onion and green pepper; add Ritz, crushed, and wine. Place stuffing on top of shrimp and bake at 325-350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
