BANANA CUP CAKES (SUGAR FREE) | |
1 egg 1 c. butter 2/3 c. Fructose 1 c. mashed bananas 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tbsp. vanilla Mix egg, butter and fructose cream together. Add bananas and flour, dissolve soda in vanilla. Add to mixture; mix well. Bake in prepared muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
