OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. butter flavoring (optional)
6 qts. popped corn

Boil brown sugar, butter, syrup, and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat well. Spread on cookie sheet - place in 200 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir at 15 minute intervals. Cool and store in covered container.
