CHICKEN - DRESSING CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey (cut in cubes)
1 box Stove Top cornbread stuffing
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. chicken stock
Lots of black pepper

Saute celery and onion in butter. Mix all together in baking dish. Heat until bubbly, about 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 6-8.
