CHICKEN & STUFFING CASSEROLE 
5 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
1 box Stove Top stuffing, cornbread
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper

Remove skin from chicken, wash and pat dry. Arrange chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Salt and pepper chicken. Lay slice of cheese on each piece of chicken. Spread soup over that. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Then put stuffing over chicken pieces, making sure stuffing is covering everything. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Then remove foil and bake about 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
