CHICKEN AND STUFFING CASSEROLE 
1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 boiled chicken (save broth)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter

Boil chicken until tender. Prepare stuffing according to box. In a medium pyrex dish melt butter with onions until onions are tender. Remove chicken from bones and add to butter and onions. Add 1 cup of broth to both cans of soup and pour over chicken. Cover with stuffing and bake at 350 degrees until stuffing is crispy.

(For quick recipe: Substitute 3 large cans of tuna in water or chicken in water.)
