HARVEST BOUNTY CASSEROLE 
3 c. cut up fresh green beans, cooked and drained
2 med. green peppers, chopped
6 med. tomatoes, chopped
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
6 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish (13 x 9 x 2 inches). Spread beans and green peppers in dish, sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients with hand beater until smooth. Pour over vegetables and cheese. Bake uncovered until golden brown 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

10 to 12 servings.
