PEPPER STEAK 
3 lbs. thin sliced skirt steak
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. garlic salt
2 pkgs. brown gravy
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
1 c. Kokkomaas soy sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. cooked brown rice

In large pan, brown steak in oil, tossing every few minutes. When brown, turn heat down to a simmer; add Worcestershire and soy sauces (can add more if desired), garlic salt and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add onions and peppers. Cover, let simmer for 20 more minutes. Add gravy with mixing it with 1 1/2 cups water, cover, simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes last, simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Serve over prepared rice.
