4 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Dash salt
1 (13 oz.) evaporated milk
16 lg. marshmallows
12 oz. "real" chocolate chips
1 lg. milk chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (optional)

Bring sugar, butter and milk to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 1/2 minutes at 100% power. Remove from the heat and add the marshmallows, chocolate and chip with the vanilla. Stir until melted. Add nuts, if desired. Pour into a jelly roll pan. Allow to set up and enjoy! Makes 5 pounds.
