MORGAN'S MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet real chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Microwave butter on HIGH in 4 quart microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute or until melted. Add sugar and milk and mix well. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil, stir after 3 minutes. Mix well; scrape bowl. Continue microwaving 5 1/2 minutes; stir after 3 minutes. Stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 9 inch square pan or 13x9 inch baking pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds. Any nut can be used.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
