FAVORITE MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. miniature marshmallows (or 24 lg.)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in a 3 quart casserole or bowl. Loosely cover with lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4 to 6 minutes or until boiling. Uncover.

Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 10 to 12 minutes stirring the last third of cooking every minute, until soft ball stage is reached. Stir in remaining ingredients until marshmallows and chocolate melts. Pour into a well greased 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Makes about 4 dozen 1 inch pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
