THE BEST EVER HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 pkg. chocolate chips (real)
1/2 c. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
12 oz. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chips and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add sugar and milk, blending well. Bring to boil and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vanilla. Makes 2 2/3 cups sauce.
