SWEET 'N SOUR CHICKEN 
2 broiler chickens, cut into pieces
1 bottle (8 oz.) Russian Salad Dressing
1 env. (1 3/8 oz.) onion soup mix
1 jar (10 oz.) apricot preserves
1 tsp. M.S.G. (tenderizer)

Combine the last 4 ingredients together to make a sauce. Place chicken in single layer, skin side up. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until done. (Baste with sauce occasionally.)
