CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 c. orange juice
1 lg. pkg. raspberry jello
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberries
1 can (tuna fish size) crushed pineapple
2 grated crisp red apples, peeled and cored

Bring orange juice to boil and dissolve jello. Add cranberries and break up in the hot jello. Add strained pineapple and enough orange juice to equal 1 cup.

Allow above mixture to cool. Add grated apples and allow to set 3-4 hours.
