CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 med. oranges
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Grind cranberries and oranges, including peeling of one orange. mix in sugar, lemon juice and salt. Allow relish to stand 24 hours. After set, mix:

2 c. boiling water
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. of the relish
2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. pecans
